Gville. TV LLC ("Gville") provides online video advertising and other services (the “Services”). Gville operates Apartmentshowcase.tv, a platform for Lessors desiring to advertise residential rental properties, and the advertisements on the Website are based on information provided by the Lessors. Gville is not responsible for the content in any such advertisements, nor is Gville responsible for any actual lease transaction between a potential Renter and a Lessor.

Use of the Site and the Services is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of the Site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Gville reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time and without notice to you. Your continued use of the Site following any such modification shall constitute your acceptance of the modification and your agreement to be bound thereby.

All content on the Site, including, without limitation, all text, graphics, video, logos, trademarks, trade names, button icons, images, templates, sounds, software, processing and other functionality (collectively, the "Content"), and the collection, arrangement and assembly of the Content, is the property of Gville or its suppliers and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. “Apartmentshowcase.tv” is a trademark of Gville. TV LLC.  All service marks, trademarks, trade names, trade dress and other indicia of source used on the Site and otherwise by Gville (collectively, the "Marks") are proprietary to Gville or other respective owners that have granted Gville the right and license to use such Marks. You do not receive any trademark rights or any other rights in or to the Marks.

Indemnification

Termination
All rights granted to you hereunder shall terminate automatically and without notice to you in the event that you violate any provision of these Terms of Use.

Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes relating in any way to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Alachua County, Florida, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Miscellaneous
Gville reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site and/or the Services at any time without notice to you. You may not use the Site or the Services for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of Gville.

If any of these terms or conditions shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such term or condition shall be deemed severable and the remainder of the terms and conditions shall remain enforceable and be unaffected thereby.
